Icon of Sin<\/b> est un groupe br\u00e9silien nouvellement form\u00e9 autour du chanteur Raphael Mendes, que v<\/i>ous connaissez peut-\u00eatre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses vid\u00e9os sur YouTube<\/a>. Pour cet album \u00e9ponyme \u00ab\u00a0Icon of Sin<\/u><\/i>\u00ab\u00a0, il s’est entour\u00e9 du bassiste Caio Vidal<\/i>, des guitaristes Sol Perez<\/i> et Mateus Cantale\u00e3no<\/i> ainsi que de CJ D<\/i>ubiella<\/i> \u00e0 la batterie. Revenons ici \u00e0 Raphael Mendes<\/i>, qui est connu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses covers <\/i>fa\u00e7on Iron Maiden<\/b>. En effet, d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re \u00e9coute, on \u00e0 l’impression d’entendre Bruce Dickinson<\/i>, au point d’avoir regard\u00e9 si il n’\u00e9tais pas <\/i>invit\u00e9! La musique suit aussi et on a vraiment du (tr\u00e8s) bon heavy metal<\/i> \u00e0 la Maiden <\/b>grande \u00e9poque mais avec un son moderne, port\u00e9e par l’extraordinaire voix de Raphael Mendes<\/i>. Le r\u00e9sultat est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi et surtout homog\u00e8ne sur l’ensemble de \u00ab\u00a0Icon of Sin<\/i><\/u>\u00a0\u00bb sans pour autant tourner en rond ou passer pour du plagiat. Les titres sont assez rentre-dedans, et pour continuer l’analogie avec Iron Maiden<\/b>, je rapprocherai l’\u00e9nergie et la vitesse propos\u00e9es \u00e0 l’album \u00ab\u00a0Fear of the Dark<\/i><\/u>\u00a0\u00bb (en plus inspir\u00e9). Je n’arrive pas \u00e0 trouver vraiment un morceau \u00ab\u00a0faible\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 l’inverse c’est aussi dur de ressortir un \u00ab\u00a0hit<\/i>\u00ab\u00a0, ce qui d\u00e9montre l’homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 dont j’ai parl\u00e9: tous les morceaux sont tr\u00e8s bons. Mention sp\u00e9ciale tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0Night Breed\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Shadow Dancer\u00a0\u00bb. L’ensemble s’\u00e9coute tr\u00e8s bien, sans lassitude et c’est l’assurance de passer un tr\u00e8s bon moment durant la totalit\u00e9 des 12 chansons (et un interlude). On attend la suite avec impatience, il ne me manque juste qu’un \u00ab\u00a0hit<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb pour atteindre la note maximale!\u00a0 <\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
