On ne pr\u00e9sente plus\u00a0VENOM<\/strong>\u00a0! Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 Newcastle en 1979, le groupe a ouvert la voie au Metal extr\u00eame et cr\u00e9\u00e9 son propre genre, le Black Metal. Ce style est sans doute plus populaire aujourd’hui qu’il ne l’a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle mondiale, et l’influence de\u00a0VENOM<\/strong>, en tant que pr\u00e9curseur, est plus grande que jamais.

Into Oblivion<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0est le seizi\u00e8me album studio de\u00a0VENOM<\/strong>. Il r\u00e9unit la formation historique compos\u00e9e du trio Cronos (basse \/ chant et membre fondateur), Rage (guitare) et Dante (batterie), et marque son premier nouvel enregistrement depuis\u00a0Storm The Gates<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0en 2018.\u00a0Into Oblivion<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0comprend treize titres caract\u00e9ristiques de\u00a0VENOM<\/strong>\u00a0: lourds, mal\u00e9fiques et entra\u00eenants. On y retrouve une combinaison de leur son classique des ann\u00e9es 80 et d’une approche plus moderne et progressive, sans pour autant perdre leur fougue et leur \u00e9nergie d’antan.<\/p>

L’album \u00e9tait en pr\u00e9paration depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, mais plusieurs facteurs ont retard\u00e9 son ach\u00e8vement\u00a0: la pand\u00e9mie de Covid, des contretemps lors de l’enregistrement et la volont\u00e9 d’atteindre la perfection. Mais, comme le dit Cronos :\u00a0\u00ab Cet album a vraiment repouss\u00e9 nos limites, mais si vous voulez faire un album g\u00e9nial, vous devez y mettre du sang, de la sueur et des larmes. \u00bb<\/em>\u00a0Cependant, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame,\u00a0VENOM<\/strong>\u00a0a affront\u00e9 l’adversit\u00e9 pour sortir un album digne de son h\u00e9ritage, comme l’affirme Rage :\u00a0\u00ab Je suis tellement fier de cet album, il est incroyable ! Il est \u00e0 la fois si diff\u00e9rent et si familier. Le son est am\u00e9lior\u00e9, aucune chanson ne se ressemble, mais elles s’accordent toutes parfaitement. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Le premier single,\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Lay Down You Soul\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, est un premier titre tonitruant qui rappelle les d\u00e9buts du groupe et la chanson\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Black Metal\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Bien qu’il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ironique, il porte toutes les marques d’un futur classique live avec son refrain entra\u00eenant. Cronos d\u00e9clare :\u00a0\u00ab Je pense qu’il est sain de reconna\u00eetre les choses d’autrefois et de les int\u00e9grer dans un nouveau contexte qui leur donne une approche totalement nouvelle. Les fans vont adorer ! \u00bb<\/em>

La chimie sur\u00a0Into Oblivion<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0est ind\u00e9niable, et t\u00e9moigne musicalement de la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de cette formation qui \u00e9clipse d\u00e9sormais toutes les autres avec ses dix-sept ans d’existence. Dante claque des doigts :\u00a0\u00ab \u00c7a y est, dix-sept ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 !
