Nous avons eu l’occasion de parler de ce nouvel opus avec le chanteur et batteur Goatleeb…<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Vous avez cr\u00e9\u00e9 votre propre style de musique : le goatgrind, avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments issus du death, du grind, du thrash et du crust. Votre but est-il de toucher un tr\u00e8s grand nombre de metalleux ? Ou simplement de vous amuser et de faire la musique que vous aimez ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Il s’agit avant tout de s’amuser avec la musique. Nous ne voulons pas limiter notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Nos go\u00fbts musicaux sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s et notre musique en est le reflet.<\/span><\/span>

Si vous deviez choisir 3 chansons \u00e0 faire \u00e9couter \u00e0 quelqu’un qui ne conna\u00eet pas le groupe, lesquelles choisiriez-vous ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Une d\u00e9cision difficile \u00e0 prendre. Nous avons maintenant plus de 100 chansons. Je pense que vous avez une bonne id\u00e9e de ce que nous faisons avec : \u00ab\u00a0Only Goat Can Judge Me<\/u>\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Stallzeit<\/u>\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Ding Dong<\/u>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span>

Votre dernier album est sorti il y a tout juste un an, on a l’impression que vous avez beaucoup de choses \u00e0 partager avec nous : le goatgrind est-il une source \u00e9ternelle de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Comme nous nous int\u00e9ressons beaucoup \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents styles, nous avons aussi beaucoup d’id\u00e9es qui stimulent notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Il n’\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9vu de sortir un autre album aussi rapidement. C’est tout simplement ce qui s’est pass\u00e9.<\/span><\/span>

\u00ab Platte \u00bb semble signifier aussi bien disque vinyle que calvitie en allemand. On peut ais\u00e9ment comprendre le sens de \u00ab Neue Platte \u00bb en ce qui concerne votre nouveau disque mais quel est le lien avec la calvitie et ce d’autant plus que la pochette repr\u00e9sente un cr\u00e2ne chauve ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
C’est un jeu de mots qui est probablement mieux compris en allemand. Lorsque vous perdez vos cheveux en vieillissant, une nouvelle plaque se forme. C’est un processus naturel. Tout comme la cr\u00e9ation de cet album.<\/span><\/span>

Que doit-on attendre de \u00ab Neue Platte \u00bb par rapport aux albums pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ? Y a-t-il quelque chose qui le rende sp\u00e9cial ? Quel est le concept derri\u00e8re cet album ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Notre concept, c’est qu’il n’y a pas de concept. Cet album sonne tr\u00e8s spontan\u00e9 et organique. Il contient toutes les marques de fabrique que nous repr\u00e9sentons depuis le premier jour. Il n’y a pas de surprises. Il n’y a que du goatgrind solide.<\/span><\/span>

La chanson \u00ab Boots Bloody Boots \u00bb est-elle un clin d\u2019\u0153il \u00e0 la chanson \u00ab Roots Bloody Roots \u00bb de Sepultura ou une parodie ? \u00cates-vous fan de ce groupe ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Nous aimons Sepultura et nous avons trouv\u00e9 le titre amusant. La chanson est n\u00e9e sans vouloir sonner comme Sepultura.<\/span><\/span>

La derni\u00e8re chanson de l’album, \u00ab Careless Whisper \u00bb, se termine par un passage dans un style musical compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent : pourquoi l’ajouter ici ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Encore une fois, juste pour le plaisir (rires)\u00a0! Nous avions envie de faire quelque chose dans ce style. Comme c’est assez atypique pour nous, nous l’avons plac\u00e9 en tant que piste cach\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span>

Le cycle habituel des festivals d’\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 pour vous et \u00ab Neue Platte \u00bb sortira un jour avant le Summer Breeze Open Air show. Est-ce que ce sera une date sp\u00e9ciale pour vous et les festivaliers ?<\/b><\/span><\/span>
Nous jouerons des chansons du nouvel album pour la premi\u00e8re fois lors du Summer Breeze. Nous sommes ravis des r\u00e9actions et nous nous r\u00e9jouissons vraiment de ce spectacle.<\/span><\/span>
